First, thank you for your purchase. We want you to love it. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to fix it right away.

RETURN PROCESS
Email info@nibblesafe.com to start your return within 30 days of your purchase. You will then need to return your product with it’s original packaging. We can provide a shipping label for you, but the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be then processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS
If an item arrives damaged, please email info@nibblesafe.com with a photo of the damage. You will then receive a shipping label and instructions to return the product with it’s original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will then send a replacement item.
